It’s not long now until your conference gets underway. One of the most important tasks for you as an organizer is scriptwriting your event. All departments, assistants, helpers, staff at the venue; absolutely everyone has to be up to speed on what is happening before, during and after the conference and where they will need to be.

Your script should be comprehensive – the more detail, the better.
